For the youth wanting to master their athletics, and the parent wanting to fuel their child's ambition.

 

SAQ athletes meet multiple times a week over a period of six to eight weeks to enhance muscle strength, endurance and motor skills, and train for injury prevention, or “pre-habilitation" by running mechanics, movement efficiency, coordination and reaction training. Groups are divided amongst age and gender, and limited to 8 athletes per group. Full teams are welcome. With six or more athletes, we will designate an exclusive time slot. Summer 2019:

Session 1

6 Weeks: June 17 - August 2 (No classes week of July 1st)

~All Classes are Tuesday and Thursday

-8am Girls (upper classmen-Advanced athletes) ages 17+

-9am Girls (ages 13-16)

-9am Boys (ages 13-16)

-10am (ages 10-12) ——- SORRY, THIS SESSION IS ALREADY FULL OF HARD WORKING ATHLETES

-11am (ages 10-12)

**Each class is max 8 Athletes

Cost: $199/athlete if payment made prior to May 15th; $225 after May 15th

Session 2: 

4 Weeks: August 5th - August 30th

~All Classes are Tuesday and Thursday

-9am Boys (ages 13-16)

-10am (ages 10-12)
