Built by your needs and goals. These 60 or 30 minute appointments focus on individual goals and pinpoint the areas you’d like to improve. In addition to the workout, we offer nutritional counseling to help you achieve your goals. Very flexible scheduling options are available.

SMALL GROUP WORKOUTS
Strive Fitness is a community that works out together. Because together, we strengthen ourselves and each other. Small Group Training Sessions give you the accountability, friendship and community you’ve been looking for. One trainer and a team of three to six people meet two or three times a week for 60 minute circuit based workouts that focus on interval training, core muscles, cardio challenges and more.
