For the youth wanting to master their athletics, and the parent wanting to fuel their child's ambition.


SAQ athletes meet multiple times a week over a period of six to eight weeks to enhance muscle strength, endurance and motor skills, and train for injury prevention, or “pre-habilitation" by running mechanics, movement efficiency, coordination and reaction training. Groups are divided amongst age and gender, and limited to 8 athletes per group. Full teams are welcome. With six or more athletes, we will designate an exclusive time slot. Contact for more details

Session 1:  June 11th-July 26th (No classes July 2nd-6th)

Session 2:  August 6th-August 30th

Cost:  Session 1: $199/athlete when paid in full ~ $225 after May 7th

          Session 2:  $136/athlete

  • 8am - 9am,Tuesday & Thursday, ages 15+ 
  • 9am - 10am,Tuesday & Thursday, ages 13-14
  • 10am - 11am,Tuesday & Thursday, ages 12 and under
