For the youth wanting to master their athletics, and the parent wanting to fuel their child's ambition.

 

SAQ athletes meet multiple times a week over a period of four to eight weeks to enhance muscle strength, endurance and motor skills, and train for injury prevention, or “pre-habilitation" by running mechanics, movement efficiency, coordination and reaction training. Groups are divided amongst age and limited to 8 athletes per group. Full teams are welcome. With six or more athletes, we will designate an exclusive time slot. Contact us for more details.

Session 1

4 Weeks: June 14th - July 8th

~All Classes are Tuesday and Thursday

-9am Boys (ages 12-15)

-10am Girls (ages 13-15)

-11am Boys (ages 12-14)

Cost: $149/athlete

Session 2: 

6 Weeks: July 19th - August 26th

~All Classes are Tuesday and Thursday

-9am Boys (ages 12-15)

-10am Girls (ages 13-15)

-11am Boys (ages 12-14)
